​My work/ process that I can accomplish quickly and effectively. I've learned how to create Pen and Ink illustrations quickly, as well as accompanying it with water colour if needed. 
For these works I look at Chris Ware, Franklin Booth and Charles-Frédéric Soehnée. I also Checked our Trevor Shin

​The Rise of AI: Friend or Foe?

​I found a video of Ameca, the humanoid robot and knew I needed to Include her in my Illustration cause of her reputation and relevance to the project. 
My final decision was to create a illustration featuring Ameca that will include a option of powering it off, showing the ambiguous nature of the Article title. 

I decided to redraw, in pencil, my idea properly to see if I could use pencil instead of my original pen and ink process. 
I really liked how it came out and I decided to scan it in and bring it into photoshop and play around. 

I looked at illustrated TIME magazine covers for ideas about the background and fonts ect.
